Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) Pty. Ltd, as contractor and operation BPMIGAS under the Sengkang Cooperation/Production Sharing Contract, South SULAWESI, invites qualified tractors to participate in the tender for:
1. PROVISION OF DRILLING FLUIDS SERVICES

The CONTRACTOR is to provide equipment, personnel and engineering services for Drilling/Completion Fluids & Services in order to support COMPANY’s drilling and work over activities in the Area of Operations.
2. RIG INSPECTION SERVICES

SCOPE OF WORK
The CONTRACTOR shall provide suitably qualified and experienced inspector(s) to verify that proposed equipment conforms to all applicable standards, is properly certified and meets contract requirements. Additionally, the personnel will witness key inspections and function test items of equipment
3. PROVISION OF DRILLING BITS

SCOPE OF WORK
The CONTRACTOR is to provide Bits and Accessories, Engineering Services for Drilling Bits in order to support COMPANY’s drilling and work over activities in the Area of Operations.
BIDDERS REQUIREMENTS
1. Limited liability company established under the laws of Republic Indonesia.
2. Must hold valid licences and certificates of related business qualification and classification for the subject service.
3. Must have minimum five years experience in similar services.
4. Must be able to provide suitably experienced and qualified personnel.

INVITATION FOR TENDER

Asia Petroleum Development (Glagah Kambuna) Ltd. (APDGK), a Technical Assistance Contractor for PT. Pertamina E & P, in association with the planned development of Glagah Kambune Field, hereby invites non small Companies who are interested to register for the following tender:

Module 4 Leasing VRU Compressor Package (Tender Ref.: APD/GK/088/08)

Scope of service:
Lease to purchase or purchase of the following VRU Compressor Package Operation.
1. VRU Compressor Package (C-101), complete with skid, valves, piping, fitting, instrumentation, electrical and local control panel, and
2. VRU Outlet Cooler (E-105) including compressor Recycle Control Valve (PCV.007-3), complete with valves, piping, fitting and instrumentation

The scope of services shall include 1 year operation warranty, maintenance and trouble shooting, mechanical completion, assistance for pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.

Registration Requirements:
The following formal documents must be submitted at registration:
1 Written letter signed by authorized company official requesting participation in this tender.
2. Copies of SIUP or Trade Permit issued by BKPM.
3. Copy of Domicile Certificate.
4. Copy of valid Certificate with the appropriate business classification and qualification for the subject tender.
5. Valid NPWP and PKP.
6. Copies of 2007 and 2008 Annual Financial Reports.
7. Copy of Tax Payment Receipts for the last three months.
8. Companies latest Balance Sheet prepared and approved by a certified auditor.
9. Copy Article of Association (and amendment therefore, if any).
10. Provide evidence as sole agent or supporting letter- from the sub vendors/sub contractors.

Schedule Milestones:
The contract is expected to be awarded by mid March 2009.

Registrant Qualifications:
In addition to the requirements listed above, as part of registration, registrants are required to provide evidence:
1. that they have an extensive experience In relevant services for the last seven years,
2. that they have a proven record of successful performance in the relevant services for the oil and gas industry,
3. organization chart and CV of key personnel,
4. that they have health, safety, environment, hygienic, quality procedures and programs which are documented and implemented within the Registrant’s organisation (including copy of procedures and certificates),
5. where sub vendors/subcontractors, partnership, consortiums, or similar arrangements are proposed, a copy of the agreement between the parties, setting out the responsibilities and related experience of each of the parties is to be provided.

Interested companies who are able to demonstrate compliance with the eligibility requirements must submit a written request to participate in the above tender as part of registration, from 09.00 to 15.00 hours on 22nd to 24th December 2008 at the above address. Only Registrants who provide the requested information and meet the requirements will be invited to the subject tenders.
