TENDER NO. DA-08-025
PREMIER OIL TUNA B.V., a Production Sharing Contractor with BPMigas, invites qualified and experienced Bidders to participate Pre-qualification for the Tender of the Provision of Subsea Wellhead Services.
1. SCOPE OF WORKS
Bidder is required to supply subsea wellhead equipment, rated to 10,000 psi, together with all required spare parts consumables and supporting services, the specific requirements.
Premier requires a total of three (3) complete sets of subsea wellhead equipment and two (2) sets of running tools to be provided on a rental basis, with option to purchase wellheads in case of well suspension. Premier requires all items to be delivered on or before 1st August 2009.
2. TENDER PROCEDURE

To Bidders who are interested in the services, in order to pre qualify to participate in the tendering process Potential Bidders shall issue an Expression of Interest Letter attaching documentary evidence to demonstrate full compliance with the general requirements below.
3. TENDERER’S QUALIFICATIONS:
Bidders must submit the following pre-qualification requirements at registration. Bidders failing to supply or who fall to meet the requirements will not be invited to submit a tender.
- Possess Business Certificate classification/qualification as Bukan Usaha Kecil/Bidang/Sub-bidang: Pengadaan Subsea wellhead.
- A valid Applicable Business License (SIUP)
- A valid Tax Identification Number (NPWP).
- Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP).
- A copy of Articles of Incorporation and related amendments.
- Bank Reference (reference from a foreign bank domiciled abroad must be accompanied with a reference from the Bank of Indonesia.
- Evidence of payment for taxes (SPT/PPh) of last year.
- Possess report of last three months for PPh Pasal 25 or Pasal 21/Pasal 23 or VAT.
- Joint Venture Agreement (only for a company who forms a JV association).
- Last year’s Financial Statement audited by Public Accountant,
- Summary of experiences within oil and gas activities of providing similar services especially Subsea Wellhead” during the last seven (7) years with at least one of the previously received order(s) during this period has values of not less than US$ 116k and possessing the capability and the capacity in the subfields concerned for any non small enterprises.
- Surat Keterangan Terdaftar MIGAS (MIGAS Registration Letter).
- Self declaration letter that not current involvement in court watch, bankrupt, business termination by law and other law sanctions.
4. REGISTRATION
The Expression of Interest Letter together with all supporting information required under section 3 shall be delivered at the following date, time and place:
