Intelligent Pig inspection Services for Pipelines
The scope of work consists main elements as outlined below:
- To conduct inspection, survey, review, assess, evaluate, and determine internal and external metal loss due to manufacturing or construction defects, corrosion, mechanical damage, or other causes that may effect to the integrity of the pipelines, located in the onshore South Sumatra, Indonesia
- To perform engineering activity for pipeline intelligent pig-ability assessment on onshore pipeline.
Basic Requirements:
To be qualified as a participating Registrant, the following formal documents must be provided:
a) Establishment Deed, Article of Association and related amendments, and Company Profile.
b) Valid NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number) certificate.
c) Proof of tax payment: latest year of Setoran Pajak Tahunan (SPT/PPh) and monthly report of PPh Article 25 or Article 21/Article 23 or PPN, at least for the last 3 (three) months of 2008.
d) Valid SIUP Certificate or Valid IUT Certificate.
e) Proof that have undertaken work of a similar magnitude and complexity and have extensive experience in managing and executing similar work within the last 7 years.
Full details of all requirements in order to qualify as a Bidder are set out in the Prequalification Document. Companies that do not meet such requirements will not pass through Prequalification Stage.
